To qualify for leasing a chassis, kindly note that the following requirements need to be fulfilled:
1. Cash Bond
2. Photocopy Requirements:
a. S.E.C. Certificate, Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws & latest General Information Sheet (GIS) / DTI Registration
b. Board Resolution authorizing the signatory of the contract to transact on behalf of the corporation
c. Latest Business Permit:
d. BIR Registration Certificate/Form 2303
e. Trucker Registration Certificate (ACTO/CTAP)
f. Credit Approval Form
g. Authorized Signatory's Specimen Signature
h. Two copies of government-issued IDs of Authorized Signatories
i. For a long-term lease, you will be asked to provide six post-dated checks (PDCs) covering six months' rental payments.
